Most IT companies are built around enterprise clients. The big contracts, the complex infrastructure, the dedicated account teams. SMEs get whatever’s left over — a junior helpdesk, slow response times, and advice that assumes a budget they don’t have.

CMS was built from day one to serve businesses with under 500 staff as if they were our most important client — because to us, they are. We serve two kinds of businesses: those without an internal IT team who need a trusted partner to handle everything, and those with an IT team who need specialist skills, extra capacity, or 24×5 coverage their internal team can’t provide alone.

Nineteen years later, we operate across three countries with local teams in Australia, the UK, and New Zealand. Our 24×5 support model isn’t a marketing line — it’s built on timezone overlap between our teams, so there’s always someone who knows your business available during your working day.

And now, with CoBuild, we’re helping those same clients put AI to work — not generic tools, but workflows built specifically for how their business operates, owned by them, running quietly in the background.
