How cookies work on this site.

Cookies are small data files that websites use to remember things about you. Here's exactly which ones we use, why, and how to control them.

Last updated: 03 June 2026

The short version We use a small number of essential and third-party cookies on this website. We don't use any cookies for advertising, tracking across other sites, or behavioural profiling. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time, though some parts of the site may not work as well.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device (computer, tablet, phone) when you visit them. They help websites remember things like your preferences, whether you're logged in, and how you interact with the site.

There are two main types of cookies:

  • Session cookies: deleted when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies: remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.

Cookies can be set by the website you're visiting (called first-party cookies) or by other websites whose content is loaded on the page you're visiting (called third-party cookies).

2. Cookies we use

The CMS website itself uses a very minimal number of cookies. We have grouped them by category below.

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the website to function and cannot be disabled in our systems. They're usually only set in response to actions you take, such as filling in forms.

  • Session cookies: used to maintain your session as you navigate between pages.

Functional cookies

These cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalisation. We currently do not use functional cookies beyond what is essential, but this may change in the future.

Analytics cookies

We do not currently use analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future (e.g. Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom), this notice will be updated and you will be notified.

Marketing / Advertising cookies

We do not use any marketing or advertising cookies on this website. We do not track you across other websites.

3. Third-party services that may set cookies

Our website uses or links to a number of third-party services. Some of these may set cookies on your device. We don't control these cookies — they're governed by the third party's own privacy and cookie policies.

  • Google Fonts: we load fonts (Mulish, Syne) from Google Fonts to display text correctly. Google may log your IP address when fonts are requested. See Google's privacy policy.
  • Microsoft Bookings: when you click "Book a call", you're taken to Microsoft Bookings, which has its own cookies and privacy policy. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
  • Web3Forms: our contact form is processed by Web3Forms. When you submit the form, your data is transmitted to their servers. See Web3Forms' privacy policy.
  • LinkedIn, YouTube: we link to our LinkedIn and YouTube pages from the footer. Clicking those links takes you to their respective sites, which use their own cookies.
  • ScreenConnect (Customer Login): our remote support and customer portal is hosted on ScreenConnect, which may set its own cookies once you log in.

4. Managing and disabling cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Each browser is slightly different, so here are direct links to the cookie management instructions for the most common ones:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Safari (macOS)
  • Microsoft Edge

You can also use private/incognito mode in your browser, which doesn't save cookies after you close the window.

5. What happens if you disable cookies

Because we use very few cookies, disabling them shouldn't have a significant impact on your experience of this website. Most of the site will work as normal. However:

  • Some fonts may take longer to load or may fall back to system fonts.
  • If you disable cookies on Microsoft Bookings, you may not be able to complete a booking.
  • If you log into our customer portal, disabling cookies will prevent you from staying logged in.

6. Changes to this notice

We may update this Cookie Notice if we change the cookies we use or for any other reason. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. We recommend reviewing this notice from time to time.

7. Contact us

If you have questions about how we use cookies, or about anything in this notice, please email us at [email protected].
